WOOD ADHESIVES
We specialize in wood adhesives for plywood, particleboard and medium density fibreboard (MDF). Our Adhesive products include:
- Urea formaldehyde (UF) resins
- Melamine urea formaldehyde (MUF) resins
- Phenol formaldehyde (PF) resin
These products have been successfully and consistently applied to meet Japanese Agricultural Standard (JAS), Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS), European Conformity (CE) and California Air Resources Board (CARB) standards.
FORMALIN
We have a formalin plant with maximum capacity of 5,500 MT/month as in 40% formalin. Formaldehyde is produced industrially by the catalytic oxidation of methanol. Formalin is an aqueous solution of formaldehyde gas with chemical formula CH2O (H-CHO), which is mainly used in the production of industrial adhesive resins for wood-based industries. It is also applied in textile industry, automobiles, medical, etc.
